The Bourne Gallery welcomes visitors with access requirements. Here, we share what we’ve put in place to make our space accessible.

Access into the gallery

There is a ramp at a nearby shop on the premises and the gallery is easily accessible from there. There are no stairs in the gallery, it is set on one floor.

Accessible toilet

We have an accessible toilet, however, it has a step into the room. A member of the gallery team will be happy to help should additional assistance be required to use the step.

Assistance dogs

We are more than happy to accommodate assistance dogs.

Parking and public transport

Our gallery is set on a farm and parking is free, off-road, and in very close proximity to the gallery. We do not have designated Blue Badge parking spaces at this time.

The closest train station is Bekesbourne, which is 0.7 miles away.

Written information

We do not currently provide information written in Braille or other formats. However, a member of our team will be on hand should you require assistance.

If you have any questions about accessibility that aren’t covered here, please contact Natasha on 01227 831011 and she will be happy to help.
